Returns

Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for items that are ordered in the wrong size, colour, or if you change your mind after purchase.

Each item is printed especially for you once your order is placed, which means products cannot be restocked or resold.

If you are unsure about sizing, please check the size guides provided on each product page before ordering.


Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or with a printing error, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item showing the fault

Once verified, we will arrange either a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.


Change of Mind Returns

If you change your mind about your purchase, you may return the item directly to us within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that:

  • The item is unused and unworn

  • The item is in its original condition

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Please contact us before returning any item so we can provide the correct return address.

Please note that items should not be returned to our production partner, as they will not be able to process returns.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
